Okay. So apparently I need some motivation to work out. I even watched the Biggest Loser this week and still NOTHING. I have only worked out one time this entire month! (That's pretty embarrassing.)
I need help!!!
Any ideas on how to get motivated after being at work, staring at a computer screen all day long?
(On a side note.. We did try and ride our bikes yesterday, but the pump broke so we couldn't air up our tires... and it looked like it was going to rain... so that counts for something right?)
Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

yo! hey, the thing that usually helps me is planning it. i still do weekly planning. Plan when your going to do it, and what your going to do.
Set a goal...like running a half-marathon =}
Plan for the Beaumont half in May!
I don't have any advice. I'm in the same boat. I have kids all day and when Kev gets home all I want to do is chill. Maybe if we lived closer we could work out together and motivate each other... That would be nice.
Why would you want to work out when you're already ridiculously good looking? Just sayin'...
ill go walk with you around the neighborhood if you want to...or even ride bikes! i have two!
