Everyone makes the goal to lose weight for their new year's resolution. This we know. But for reals, Matt and I are determined to get in shape this year.
He's been working out for a while, so it's really just me that's starting up again.
Tonight we started our first night for FHE I guess. We did half an episode of P90X. Woof. And then we used our workout balls. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be feelin' it tomorrow.
If you have any good suggestions for getting in shape, I'd love to hear some new ideas, so we can change things up a bit.
We're going to be the cutest couple in the world (if it lasts!!! haha).

Yep, same goal that I have again. I really like lunges. Good luck with this goal. :)
Great goal! That's mine too, but the 35 pounds I've gained will be a baby coming soon, so at least a portion of it will be lost. For the longest time all I did was cardio (running) and sit-ups and push-ups. Lunges and Squats are also amazing if you don't have a weight machine. Good luck! Another important thing that may help is to make smaller goals and reward yourself while your working towards a larger goal.
I've always wanted to try PX90...is it good? Is it worth buying? Way to go you two!
Love the goal.... I have the same one! We'll have to keep in touch so we can see how we both fair. I tell ya, just watch the Biggest Loser. That's incentive enough to get in shape!!! Let me know all your tricks. :-) I love you!
You should do a half marathon! Dave and I want to do the SLC half marathon so we are motivated to train.
